Filling Smoothie Recipe
If you’re anything like me, you have a deep appreciation for a deliciously filling smoothie.
I love messing around with different recipes for smoothies, but this one keeps coming back into my rotation because it’s so dang yummy + packed with nutrients.
1 cup almond milk
dash of cinnamon
half scoop of ancient nutrition vanilla bone broth protein (code nicolemrauch for 20% off)
tbsp flax seed
tbsp powdered peanut butter
~ 5 frozen strawberries
Pro Tip: put it in the blender in this exact order and it will blend perfectly!
